Privacy policy

ALEXECOM SRL (Rue du Hableau 55 Boite 11, 5580 Rochefort, Belgium, VAT BE1021930830) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data this site collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter yourself: name, email, phone, company name and a description of your project. That data is sent through a secure service (MailerSend) straight to ALEXECOM SRL.

Purpose of processing

Data sent through the contact form is collected for one purpose only: answering your request and discussing your project with you. It is used for nothing else (no unsolicited prospecting, no profiling) and is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Cookies and audience measurement

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or pick exactly which categories of cookies you allow. No advertising cookie is set before you agree.

  • Necessary: required for the site to work, always on.
  • Advertising (Meta Pixel): measures how well advertising campaigns perform, enabled only if you accept it.

You can change your choices at any time through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

The site also uses Plausible Analytics to measure traffic. That tool sets no cookie and collects no identifiable personal data: the statistics are fully anonymous and aggregated. As it does not require consent under the GDPR, it runs independently of your choices in the cookie banner.

Internal management application and Meta API

ALEXECOM SRL runs an internal management application (back office), restricted to its own staff, connected to the Meta Marketing API through the “Alexecom” app. This application only reads the advertising data of ALEXECOM SRL’s own ad accounts: campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, statuses and aggregated statistics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement). It can also pause a campaign, an ad set or an ad of these accounts.

The application does not collect any personal data of Facebook or Instagram users: it does not access profiles, messages, friend lists or any data that can identify a person. The statistics received from Meta are aggregated and anonymous. They are kept for as long as needed to manage the campaigns, are never sold or shared with third parties, and are only used for internal advertising management.

Data deletion

You can request the deletion of any data related to your use of the “Alexecom” app at any time by writing to alexis@alexecom.be (opens in a new tab) with the subject “Data deletion”. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Retention period

Data sent through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.

Your rights

Security

ALEXECOM SRL applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
